A three day bearish reversal pattern that is very similar to the Evening Doji Star.

The difference is, the shadows on the Doji must gap above the shadows of the first and third days for the Abandoned Baby Bottom.

This is a top reversal signal which is very rare.

 

Recognition Criteria:

·       UpTrend
·       First line is Long White
·       Second line is Doji
·       Third line is Black
·       Second line’s low price is higher than the first line’s high price.
·       Third line’s high price is lower than the second line’s low price.
·       Third line’s closing price is  higher than the first line’s opening price.
·       Third line’s closing price is  lower than the first line’s half body.
