Ratios screen consists of three parts: Earnings Snapshot, Ratios and Graphs, providing insight to the main ratios of the security you are working on.
Earnings Snapshot
You have facility to fasten preparing your reports with this section that provides you snapshot of the selected security for the specified quarter.
This section is designed for industrial companies, and it consists of significant generally accepted items from Income Statement and includes Net Cash, Working Capital, Quarterly and cumulative financials of these items for the last period, the previous period and for the same period a year ago as well as quarterly and yearly changes.
The changes in the last two items, namely Net Cash and Working Capital, are calculated as in the given following example:
For 2013/YE, as 2013/YE - 2012/YE
For 2013/4Q, as 2013/YE - 2013/9M
For 2014/6M, as 2014/6M – 2013/YE
For 2014/2Q, as 2014/6M – 2014/3M
If current and previous quarters has negative numbers or one of the quarters has negative number whereas the other has positive, quarterly and/or yearly change rate will be displayed as “n.m.” (not meaningful).
The values are displayed in terms of the announced currency in company’s financial reports.
You can export data within this table as only value to MS Excel.
Ratios
In Ratios section, for the last announced together with past 5 year-end periods, you can review the following ratio categories if available:
If you select the security from the banking sector, the selected ratios and graphics will change to include main banking ratios.
You can export data to Excel as formula or value by right-click menu.
Graphs:
In Graphs section, for the last announced and past 5 year-end periods, you can review the following ratios in graphs:
If you move the mouse cursor over the period in the graph, you can see the exact figures for the period. You can copy the graphs by the right-click menu and paste as an image into other MS applications.
