Export Data to Excel

By selecting "Copy" item on the right-click menu of any form you can export data to Excel "As Value", "As Formula" or “without Reference”.

Paste as Formula; You can transfer the data "Paste as Formula". When you select EquityRT > Paste As Formula item on the right-click menu of Excel, the functions of the cells on the active form will be pasted to the cells beginning with the active cell on the Excel SpreadSheet, so that you achieve a dynamic sheet. The connections between the cells are also transferred to Excel. When you change data in a cell which is used as an input from another cell, the formula will be calculated automatically and your Excel table will be updated. You can view/edit the parameters of functions in a cell by selecting F2 key or double-clicking on the formula or clicking on the "fx" button on the Excel Formula Bar.

Paste as Value; You can "Paste" the data in Excel or another Windows platform by using Paste (Ctrl-V or EquityRT > Paste As Value item on the right-click menu of Excel) function. This way, contents of the table on the active form will be pasted to the point you selected on the Excel SpreadSheet or document "As Value".

Paste without Reference; When you select EquityRT > ”Paste without Reference” item on the right-click menu of Excel, the functions of the cells on the active form will be pasted without reference.

Remove Formula; With this option, you can easily remove the formulas on you Excel Spreadsheet and make them look like you paste you data as value. Please don’t forget once you have done this, it can not be reversed.

If you hold your “SHIFT” key of your keyboard before you export data to Excel, you can able to see your date without any format.
