The Bolton-Tremblay Indicator(BOLTR) is a more complex type of the basic advance-decline ratio indicators.
It displays the ratio of advancing issues to unchanged issues and the declining issues to unchanged issues. The square root of the absolute differences between the ratios is added to the previous indicator value.
BOLTR is used to spot trend changes in the overall market and general market strength and weakness.

UNC = The number of securities with the same closing price as the previous closing price
PrevBOLTR = The previous value of the indicator
