You can place unlimited number of forms in your workspace. 

All open forms will be saved in your workspace with their design parameters, connections and positions. You can change form parameters with the help of Form Designer windows. 

You can duplicate your active form by selecting "Copy" item on the right-click menu of the form.

You can close the active form by clicking Close button on the upper right corner or selecting "Close" item on the right-click menu of the form.
