Dividend Yield data is an important indicator especially for the long-term investors which is calculated by dividing the total dividend amount by the market capitalization value.
Security Selection: You can pick one security or more.
Show Names: You can check this box in order to display names of the securities.
Date Selection: You can pick dates you are interested in.
Gross/Net: You can use net or gross dividend payment amount in the calculation.
Currency: You can view the list in any currency. Default value is the one you selected as the Default Currency at the start-up or from the Tools>Options>Default window.
Price Reference Date: You can select payment date or a specific date interval for the calculation of the MCAP value.

Calculation:
Dividend Yield(%)= Sum(Dividend Amount)/MCAP(t-1)
MCAP(t-1)= Market capitalization of the security on the previous date of the dividend payment
Dividend Yield(%)= Sum(Dividend Amount)/MCAP(rt)
MCAP(rt)= Average market capitalization of the security on the reference date interval
